HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! My wife is from Tunisia and we found this local travel agency in Tozeur as I wanted to see the Star Wars sites and we wanted a private tour instead of being stuck with a group. Not only was it less expensive but we got to do many things that tourists do not get to see including going to the top of the Atlas Mountains and a Bedouin style dinner by the fire in the desert! We were treated like family and our guides Ahmed, Ramsey, and Aziz were amazing. My wife has most of the good photos but here are some I took. Thank you Ahmed for such an amazing experience we will never forget!
Being in the middle of the desert was such a thrilling and awe-inspiring experience. The endless golden dunes stretched out as far as the eye could see, shimmering under the sunlight during the day and glowing softly beneath the moonlight at night. The silence of the desert was almost sacred, broken only by the occasional whisper of the wind. It was a place that both inspired me and brought a deep sense of tranquility, as though time itself slowed down. This adventure left an unforgettable mark on me, one I’ll cherish forever. The people of Tozeur were incredibly generous, their warmth and hospitality making me feel like I was among family. Their stories, laughter, and kindness turned this trip into something truly magical. A special thanks to Ahmed for going above and beyond to make this experience extraordinary—his guidance and attention to detail added so much to the journey. From sipping sweet mint tea under the stars to marveling at the beauty of this vast landscape, every moment was exceptional. I would also like to mention Aziz and Ramzi, who skillfully drove us through the vast desert. Their expertise and confidence behind the wheel made the journey not only safe but incredibly exciting. As we navigated the rolling dunes and rugged terrain, their stories and cheerful personalities added even more warmth to the experience. Whether it was speeding over golden sands or stopping to take in breathtaking views, Aziz and Ramzi made the desert adventure unforgettable.
Great experience. We had an awesome 3 days in Sahara desert and enjoying the salt lake , star wars site and just the lovely energy of our guide. TSOS may not be the cheapest but they are the best company one can find for tours of South of Tunisia. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality personalized experience. I was quite confused while visiting Tozeur as to what all I can do and see in 3 days. I looked up Soul of Sahara and promptly got a 3 day plan that totally blew my mind . I had the best time of my life . The Soul of Sahara is an amazing experience. We were led by a guide who is an original Berber tribe person and he took us to various places that i could not have imagined . From Star Wars site to Salt desert to water falls in middle of nowhere everyone must do these tours. This is amazing .
