The costumes and stage were great, but unfortunately the performance and choreography was really not there. It's fun to kill time, but it's not something I would necessarily recommend or do again. It is lipsync, which is not a problem, except the "singers" didn't know the lyrics very well/didn't put any emphasis on it, so it was kind of just a dance show, but most of the people on stage couldn't dance very well either lmao. Some of the issue was the choreography and song choices itself, but most of the dancers did not have that much energy regardless. The performance to the song "It's Raining Men" was the only one that really had spirit. There were some other fun numbers, but as a whole, it felt lackluster. The show was about an hour long, and started at 5pm. It shows that there are two more shows later in the evening, but it seems they are often canceled, so if you do want to come, go to the 5pm showing. It is a little cold in the theater, so bring a light jacket if you need to.

Sigh. I wish this show was better. (British Tourist writing this review here)... We purchased 2 VIP tickets online for 1000THB each which was straight forward however you cannot choose your seats. You have to exchange your downloaded pdf for physical tickets on the counter. We were assigned two seats of the front section on the very back row, which wasn't too bad as we could still see the facial expressions etc. The show itself lasted 60minutes and the costumes and stage setup were fantastic. I wish they did not lip sync every single performance. It was interactive and performers did come down into the crowd. I did find the show a bit of a weird mix of Korean, Chinese, English and even a bollywood song?? The performance did seem a bit random. A lot of the performances were evidentally tailored to Chinese tastes (Chinese songs were in a lot of them). I also did not like how we managed to be booked with a massive group of specific tourists. (Yes I am a tourist, but it was a strange feeling knowing I was stuck among a massive tourist group the performance was dedicated for.) At the end of the show, performers held up special banners to which it was dedicated to those tour coaches (had their tour coaches names on the banners there were about 10+ tour coaches parked when we were entering). Once again, no warning on the website that this was a "special performance" for the tour. They also let a coach load full of late joiners halfway through the performance which was also incredibly distracting midway. The amount of times staff used laser pointers throughout across the room to point at those who were using their phones to record things. I would have just preferred them to perhaps removed the people recording the show/ asked them to leave. It does say on the website that they will be dealt with the security team, but it seems that the solution is just shining bright laser pointers. Incredibly distracting. No warning on website for this. My next issue is that at the end of the show, when you leave the auditorium, you are able to take photos with some of the performers/ ladyboys etc. This was fine, but the approach is incredibly unpleasant. They will HECKLE the hell out of you. We were trapped into taking a photo with two, costing us 200THB even though we DID NOT WANT A PHOTO. We were just trying to leave out of the huge crowd who wanted to take photos but we were pulled aside by two who saw us passing by. Made us take a photo and they will ASK YOU FOR more money. They do not let you leave unless you give them at least 100THB EACH. This practice was incredibly horrible to experience. Would not recommend. As much as the costumes and stage design were nice, just based on the above point, I would not recommend this, unless you wish to risk be trapped like us. Such a shame really. Stage design - 4/5. Costumes - 4/5. Performance - 2/5 a bit random and evidentally catered to the massive tourist group we unknowingly got stuck into. Staff - 1/5. Did not deal with the phone recorders well. Performers - 1/5 did not appreciate being trapped when leaving. Overall: 2/5.
A wonderful show Must see in Phuket, Located in Phuket town, so convenient a Quality show, all my family enjoyed a lot, strongly recommend ❤️
