We booked really spontaneously, an hour before the trip - but everything worked out well. Michael and his staff wrre extremely friendly. They explained everything, created conversation and shared stories along the way. Some other guests were not the best swimmers, but even they were able to enjoy the views under the surface - the team took them out on a lifering or the SUP. They have all the gear for snorkeling, boarding or kayaking. The dinner was also really really good - catering for meat eaters, vegetarians or vegans a like. If you are comparing the price to other options - we did too, but this was well worth it!
Had an additional day in Thailand. So did a quick trip to Ao nang. Had been a while since I had done one of the island tours. Given the past experiences was a little apprehensive. One of the better calls picking the sunset tour with Michael. Everything was at ease, Michael and his team ensured everyone experience the reason why they love Thailand so much. This is definitely a must do in Ao nang/ Railay. They take you spots which are either remote or not crowded. While the cost is slightly on the higher side, it is fully justified amd worth every buck. Great job guys.
🌅 Incredible Sunset & 7 Island Tour – A Must-Do in Krabi! We absolutely loved the Krabi Sunset Cruise on the Long Tail Boat, which included the 7 Island Tour. From the moment we set off, the experience was magical. The long tail boat gave it an authentic and local touch, letting us feel closer to nature while cruising through the beautiful limestone karsts and crystal-clear waters. During the day, we visited several stunning islands, each offering something unique – from quiet beaches perfect for swimming to picturesque spots ideal for photography. The snorkeling stops were fantastic, with colorful coral reefs and abundant marine life visible right from the boat. 🐠🌊 As the afternoon progressed, the highlight was definitely the sunset. Watching the golden sun slowly dip below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the sea, was absolutely unforgettable. 🌇 The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, making it a perfect way to unwind and enjoy nature’s beauty. The crew was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, providing useful tips and making sure we were safe throughout the journey. 🛶 The pace was just right – not rushed, allowing plenty of time at each island, yet well-organized. Overall, this sunset cruise and 7 Island Tour is highly recommended for anyone visiting Krabi. It offers the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and stunning views – truly one of the best ways to explore the region. 🌟
It was just amazing. We met close to the beach and started our sunset adventure with a long tail boat. This brought us to our pirate ship, hidden in a bay. We got greeted by an amazing crew and Captain Michael. An Aussie through and through. Laid back, relaxed, helpful, polite, just an amazing host. He had personal chats with everyone and connected with us so we became part of the crew. Then our journey started. The boat was very spacious and offered enough space to relax, sunbath or hide in the shade. The bar was open straight away but beware...the drinks are made for pirates, we loved them. With our first stop at an island with no other ships around we started our snorkeling. Beautiful, calm and as we were the only ones there...perfect. We continued sailing to spots without any other ships and started to utilise the entire boat. Climbed the mast, sunbathes on the top deck, pictures on the bow. We spent the sunset on the boat and it was truly magnificent. Dinner was made on board and served after sunset. Beside everything you can read in their description... The points they missed... We didn't go to the crowded places which made it even better, his team is doing everything to assist with SUP, kayak, snorkel gear including fins and it is all well maintained. There was never the feel of a rush or urgency. Michael explained all the spots and eventual dangers (but there were none). The entire crew did a fantastic job and took pictures of us (so we didn't have to do it) and shared it after the trip. There is so much to tell about that trip but in simple terms. It was a perfect last day of our stay. Thank you Captain Michael, thank you 1st officer Zuzu (hope I got it right), thank you quartermaster Dominique, thank you to all crew. We will be back! We had a great time on the 4 Island Snorkeling Cruise. The old classical Junk sailing ship was very well maintained, clean and very safe. All the snorkeling equipment was on board and in perfect condition. The fantastic crew was helpful and friendly and provided a relaxed atmosphere on board. There were all kinds of drinks to choose from and the food in the evening was super good too. In particular, we want to thank Michael (the host) for all his efforts and for arranging this memorable trip for us.
