Beautiful scenery. Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable beds and accommodations. Food was fresh and delicious. The customer service was phenomenal. The staff was professional and courteous and helpful. 10/10 would stay again. Price was reasonable and appropriate. This made for a memorable and romantic getaway.
Absolutely amazing getaway into Thailand nature. Perfectly decorated bungalows on the Kwai River this getaway forces you to relax, and enjoy nature. Absolutely a must visit even if 1-2 nights only. Getting there is part of the fun. Food is fresh, and very good. Great breakfast daily and amazing dinners with many options. Rooms are spacious, cozy and fun. Yes there's ac in each bungalow with fun relaxation options on your private deck on the river. Many options for activities offered.
Beautiful hotel. Food was delicious and the service was excellent and friendly. For us the rooms although Beautiful felt cluttered. There are 7 chairs in and out for 2 people. Nowhere to really unpack bags and see what you have out and all the lights are dim. Not one bright light. If we're going to forget something at a hotel it'll be this one because you can't see a thing when you're packing.
Foreigner friendly hotel. Very beautiful setup resort. The staff were friendly and attentive, but I found the prices to be relatively high compared to other hotels in the area. More than $120 a night which not including any activities, no facilities, No pool. My bed (7B) was not comfortable, the mattress topper you should change it. I got back pain. The morning buffet offered a variety options Thai and Western. However, we enjoyed our 2 nights stay.
Great overall experience. Super friendly staff, relaxed ambiente, great room on the river. Delicious dinner and breakfast. For me personal 1 night is the best deal for the experience, for my girlfriend 3 days would be ideal. Remember, this place is really remote, this is great if you want to have peace and relax 100%. Perfect. Best birthday gift in my opinion.
