We stopped by without a reservation, but Maria welcomed us warmly and immediately began introducing us to the four types of olive oil they offer. The complimentary tasting was simple yet impressive—each variety had a distinct, rich aroma and flavor unlike any olive oil we've tried before. Maria was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much insight on how to recognize high-quality olive oil. We walked away having learned a great deal and with a whole new appreciation for olive oil—so much so that we happily bought a few bottles to take home with us. Definitely recommend this place!

This was an exceptional experience, visiting the olive oil mill in Montalcino. The founders are true olive oil, masters, who love their craft, and take great pride in producing the absolute best olive oil. They told us that they do not currently offer formal tours, but they gave us a personal tour of the facility and helped us understand the process of producing olive oil. Of course, we came away purchasing many olive oil bottles and based on the taste I will be ordering many more in the future.
