Excellent service! We only booked the day before after realizing that we needed a larger vehicle to transport our luggage which had increased with 2 bags of Portugal treasures. With an early morning start it was great to see our driver arrived early, he was very professional and cheery, and the car was immaculate. He even took care to provide us advise at the airport to find a mailbox and our departure gates. Would highly recommend.
We are so happy with the service! Everything was so well organised, I was surprised that they replied to my email about our flight delay within less than 5 minutes. We haven’t waited a single minute at the airport, our driver Andréia welcomed us immediately. She was driving a Tesla which was very comfortable and she waited outside of our hotel until she made sure we were able to check in. Absolutely recommend the service!
