Fantastic tour, great way to explore Lisbon and learn about the different areas, the history of street art. You suddenly notice the little and big pieces of art within the city. We were amazed how many pieces we’d missed in areas we’d already visited when we came back from our tour. Thanks to a wonderful guide and for a curious and interesting group
This was an amazing tour. Our guide, Igor, knows everything about street art - not just in Lisbon but around the world. He's an artist himself. The 90-minute walking tour was filled with his always interesting words and analysis, and loads of murals in one section of Lisbon. He explained to us how to understand what we're seeing, rather than just to "like" it or not. We took us to back alleys we never would have seen on our own, such as the whole street wall covered with work by women artists. We showed us how to 'read' artist rivalries on the works themselves. My partner and I feel so lucky and gratful that we signed up for the tour with Igor and got to see and take in a new view of Lisbon. Igor is a master presenter of this fascinating part of the city, and got me hooked on visiting street art in other cities too. Take this tour with Igor - a Lisbon must!

It was a rainy and cold day when we joined the Lisbon Street Art Tours, but that was quickly forgotten as we were guided by the incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and fun tourguide Vero. This is not your typical or standard ´touristy’ tour. You’ll get to hear the stories behind the artworks, the street art culture and the impact it has on the communities in the city, from people who are at the center and core of the street art scene in Lisbon. They speak about how the city evolved, how street art helped clean neighbourhoods, how artists communicate with each other through their artwork and so much more. As street art evolves all the time, I’m already looking forward to go again!

This was such a great way to explore the hidden parts of Lisbon and appreciate the street art, history, culture and community. Our tour guides were engaging, humorous, knowledgeable and hospitable. Would highly recommend if you like a behind the scenes view of Lisbon.
My friends and I did a private 3 hour tour with Ben which ended with doing spray painting art on tote bags. Ben, an artist himself, was super knowledgeable about the Lisbon art scene and seemed passionate about the movement despite being relatively new to Portugal. Despite the heat and hilly walking, we laughed, enjoyed some Cokes and discovered new parts of Lisbon in an enjoyable afternoon.
We had the most amazing experience! The tour was a perfect blend of history, getting familiar with street art and graffiti, exploring Lisbon on foot with a fantastic guide and interactive participation. Highly recommend!
This was a remarkable tour that gets 5stars (4 clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale). The guide, Miguel, had a deep knowledge of the street art scene and knew many of the artist. This walk is a true learning experience that will brought depth and recognition of the street art genre. Miguel English was excellent and it was easy to follow his discourse as he led us through the evolution of street art in Lisbon. The one caveat I would suggest is that you need to be in good shape because there are a lot of steps snd hills in the tour. Overall, we recommend this walk highly.
