I went in to amigos to use the toilet as a regular customer as I work for Dublin bus my first stop is on Hawkin street beside there shop so I would regularly buy a coffee in amigos and use there toilet occasionally as the vast majority of premises recognize Dublin bus drivers and let them use there toilets also a lot of shops give us a discount when buying there coffee, Not in amigos the lady asked were I was going when I entered the premises to use the bathroom, I said I was going to use the bathroom if it’s okay , she then made a face of disgust like I was an inconvenience to her ! I bought coffee and sandwiches of this lady a number of times before , She showed no familiarity towards me for whatever reason, So I said I wouldn’t be returning as a customer, The man who works there tried to lecture me that I walked in like I owned the place etc, Again I would have previously bought coffee and sandwiches from him aswell again I got no recognition of being a regular customer as a consequence of this negative encounter I will not return to this shop I will also advise my colleagues and friends to avoid this premises aswell.

I was very unhappy 🤬😭 because I asked for a milkshake with oat milk, I know that they can be made with oat milk, they made mine in other places! They refused my request and loudly told the whole cafe that you can't add oat milk there and that there is only ice cream and no milk, it's very strange, then I asked the same thing from another barista, and that first girl started talking very loudly so that everyone who was in the cafe started looking at her and at me saying that you can't add oat milk there, when I agreed to a milkshake, that first girl, without letting me finish, simply left to do her other things, the second girl made the milkshake and added regular milk, I have no problem with milk, I just don't like regular milk and there wouldn't have been a problem if they had just answered me politely and not shouted at the whole coffee shop!!!!
I planned to come here for breakfast but my mood was ruined because a female staff treated me rudely, the way she spoke to me was very rude. I hope the superiors take this matter seriously so that it doesn't happen again.
Gentleman behind the counter was super nice. Food is was great and wasn’t expensive at all, got a wrap and a smoothie just for 13€ which were delightful! Love it, thank you❤️
