Heel leuk om over de zee te kayaken. Het was mooi weer (24 gr en zon) dus zeker niet koud. Je wordt wel echt nat in de boot, iets om in je hoofd te houden. Verder was het op onze geplande dag te slecht weer en we hebben via whatsapp contact gehad met de organisator om een nieuwe datum te plannen. Dit ging goed en vlot! Je zit mooie grotten en rots partijen, de gids vertelt wat hierover maar dit is niet echt goed te verstaan door een groep van +-7 kayaks + wind + op zee + je moet je boot nog rechthouden. Vooral de mooie uitzichten doen het hem dus ;)
Поездка на каяках в пещеру Бенагил оказалась незабываемой. Мы записались за день, так как все места быстро разобрали. Экскурсия началась вовремя, нас сопровождали два гида, которые помогали на протяжении всей поездки. Маршрут занял около двух часов, включая короткий отдых на одном из пляжей. По пути мы заплывали в несколько других пещер, каждая из которых впечатляла своей формой и атмосферой. Это был отличный способ увидеть побережье Алгарве и знаменитую пещеру Бенагил с моря.

Nous avions choisi le premier groupe à 9h. Nous avons eu la chance d'être seuls avec l'accompagnant et les autres compagnies étaient peu nombreuses. C'était intéressant, professionnel (nous avions des vagues plus fortes que d'autres jours et elle nous a bien expliqué comment faire.) Nous avons été dans les grottes, sauf une à cause des vagues. Je recommande!
Took the two hour 8:30am kayak excursion with this company and it did not disappoint. We were two people and ended up as a total of six plus the guide. He explained the various caves and rocks, etc very well. It was a very well run activity and a great start to the day. They also have showers and lockers available for use. They provide a dry bag for you to take on the kayak too. Would definitely recommend this company.
I had such a great experience with this Secret Algarve kayak tour! From start to finish, everything was smooth and well organized. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable on the water. The route was beautiful with stunning views. We did a one-hour kayak tour with Secret Algavre and it was an amazing experience! The team was super friendly, very welcoming, and gave clear explanations. We were only a small group of four, which made the trip even more enjoyable. A very fun and relaxed moment — would definitely do it again!
Great kayak tour of Benagil caves and surrounding area! Recommend this over boat tours as you can go in smaller caves that they cannot. I recommend secret specifically as some of the other tour groups we saw were huge!! Ours only had 12 people. I also recommend going earlier in the morning if you can as it’s a bit quieter :)! My family of 4 (including sons 10 & 23) did the 2 hr tour guided by Ze & Julian. It was the highlight of our 5 days in the algarve! I was initially nervous about our 10 year because of general online feedback about children kayaking to the Benagil Cave, but it was amazing! The guides are very professional and put safety first- the ocean was calm and it was not strenuous in any way. Ze & Julian showed us so many caves and tunnels- they provided history of the area while keeping everyone engaged and having fun! The 2 hrs went by in a flash. I definitely recommend Secret Algarve!!
