We had an amazing experience at the Bacardí Factory mixology class, and a big part of that was thanks to Ambar. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire session. She really took her time with our group, made sure everyone felt included, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Her energy, professionalism, and passion for what she does made the class both fun and engaging. Our group had a fantastic time, learned a lot, and created great memories together. THE MOJITO 🔥 Excellent experience — 10/10. Highly recommend, and if you can, ask for Ambar!!!!
Adriana gave such a delightful, insightful, and fun tour. She gave such a fun tour with a personal touch: she compared each rum to a different type of bird, and really made it a lovely experience. The outdoor part was a little tougher because the vehicle was so shaky and noisy to hear everything. But Adriana, the crazy bird lady, made it wonderful.
I absolutely loved my visit to the BACARDÍ factory! We had the best tour guide navel (sorry if I spelled that wrong) he really made the trip special. He is so good at his job. I highly recommend everyone do this tour even if you don’t drink it’s very interesting. Of course they have the best mojitos and pina coladas. It was definitely worth the price.
Definitely a great experience, took the mixology class and made some incredible drinks! The initial tour was a lil quick but still learned some great facts and history about this establishment. Highly recommend doing the class, great teacher and drinks were made to perfection!
We did the legacy tour and it was awesome! While you wait you get a complimentary drink, I recommend the Guanabana Glow! Ambar was our guide and she was very informative and attentive. Lots of history and photo ops! We got to try the special reserve at the end which was tasty and strong as well lol. This was the best part of our stay in Puerto Rico! They also have a nice shop at the end. This is a must have experience.
