Amazing rafting trip. Scenic views and great rapids. They take safety seriously! I was worried about it being cold but I was fine in their wetsuits.
My boyfriend and I went rafting a few days ago and had a fantastic experience. Our guide was Mark who had us laughing the entire time and made the trip even more memorable. Special mention to Riley who was also heavily involved in our experience as safety kayaker and photographer. Highly recommend this activity to anyone considering it.
We really enjoyed our morning whitewater “Challenge” rafting. The weather was perfect and we had the best guide - Gabe. He was knowledgeable, kind and a skilled rafter. He made sure everyone was safe & looked after, but also had fun. The rest of the team (Guy & Rob on the shuttle down), the other guides and the crew on shore were all enthusiastic and did their jobs well so everyone had a great time. We have been on another rafting trip last year on the Murchison and perhaps adding professional photographers along the way would be a plus to recall the experience. On the positive side, the photos with Challenge Rafting were free, but there weren’t many and they were pretty basic. Not a real complaint, just a suggestion.
My husband and I enjoyed rafting the Shotover river! There was amazing scenery throughout the whole trip, starting with the drive to the put in. We had a great experience with Jess as our guide and our drivers. The tunnel was an extra unique touch to this trip. Would recommend this adventure to anyone!
It was so much fun! We had a great time rafting. Our Guide Geb/Gab was great. He gaves us good guiding through the rapids. Also the way through the tunnel was awesome. And in the end you got photos of your rafting for free.🥰
