I went here yesterday and was lied to about it being wheelchair accessible. There's no way for a wheelchair to navigate the obstacles on the paths to the cenotes. Staff both followed me into the bathroom stall and I had to ask them repeatedly to leave!! There was a man and a woman. Then my husband and I were literally trolled by other staff mocking us and saying they would call the police on us. Why? Because after being followed into the bathroom I needed a moment to gather myself and didn't bow down to the man who told us 3 times that we were not allowed to swim in the cenotes with hiring a "tour" guide. Again I am a wheelchair user and there is simply no way to even get a chair TO any cenote so there was no reason to badger us like that. They even stood there making siren whooping sounds and laughing in our faces. I asked him to give me a minute several times and finally had tell him to go away when he refused to stop harassing me about swimming in the cenotes. I told him I understood and was not intending to swim..in fact cannot swim ...but he wouldn't take Ok for an answer. I really do not know what he wanted from me, but until my husband approached he kept digging at me. I cannot describe the man and the point is not to have anyone punished. It is to let people know that this location IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Being humiliated and followed into the bathroom stall while there is just the extra discrimination on top of the lie about accessibility. Look at the pictures. A wheelchair cannot navigate those pathways.

A good way to see multiple cenotes with one ticket. The place is stunning, a lot of cenotes. With the basic entrance tickets (500 pesos), a guide through 4 cenotes is included. Two are open cenotes and two are closed cave cenotes. After the tour, you are allowed to stay chilling and swimming at the two open cenotes. The cons are that it is really super commercialised, they try to sell you kayak tours and what not which is not ultimately why you want to see a cenote, in my view. Price is already steep, but adding 100 pesos just for a locker is pretty ridicolous. Other than that, I'd suggest to add space to be able to ensure seating around the open cenotes, because for the moment it is not really inviting to stay for the rest of the day as there is not enough seating space.

We had a great time here, they have different activities for all the family. They offer different packets, starting at $500 pesos which includes a guided tour of all 4 cenotes. I do recommend staying here at least 4 hours as you will have an amazing experience.

Super beautiful place you must visit ! Cenotas are amazingly beautiful. There is few things you need to know before go there. We bought tickets in advance so I can’t tell you much about availability, but doubt it is a problem. Car park is directly on entrance but not where you buy tickets , you should still drive forward to the real entrance. Guides are amazing, they speak Spanish and English. To some cenotes you are only allowed to go with guide and you can’t come back freely, others you can sit there all day if you want. Food is available if you pay for „buffet”. Lockers are available on side for small amounts of money. SHOWER is mandatory before entering and you CANT have any of sunscreen- that’s important or they won’t let you in. You can hire kayak or zip line ride (that’s not expensive). Only minus - not related to park- were people who were acting like animals, kicking and pushing others in water - I don’t see a point as guide waits for everyone etc.
