Just a shipwreck. People make it out to be more than it actually is. Water is clear tho. Good for a drone picture.

Went my my own kayak... It was just amazing... Lots of boats but it's big enough to be alone... Super clear, clean waters.. It's just paradise

Amazing place for some swimming in beautifully clean clear water. Have to get a tour to come swim in it.

Absolutely worth going. The water is not salty,so warm to swim in and the white sand is unbelievably soft.

Definitely lived up to the hype. A beautiful stop of blue dreamy water were one feels at peace. In Bacalar, tour guides approach you from left and right, however I would advise to use a kayak to get there as it gives more independence. A wonderful experience hopefully people are respectful with the environment there
