IMLIL treks did not deliver on the service which they had offered. They happily charged the money upfront but then provided only partial service of mediocre quality. I booked, and paid for, a private guided trek but not only was I initially allocated to a group but was ultimately left without any guide at all halfway through the trek! No explanation nor apology was given. When I complained they lied to that I would get the service I requested and paid upfront in full. Then they kept on lying promising a refund which they never made. Be careful with this company. Not a very honest one. Two stars not one only because I made it to the summit.

Completed a three day trek to summit mount Toubkal, this Trek has the most beautiful trails, going through multiple valleys and villages.
I had a really great time doing a 4 day hike up to Toubkal and two other peaks with this company. My tour guide Wac Yassin was awesome - he looked after me so well! I was really well fed too. The tour company also organised a taxi to pick me up in Marrakech and gave me a really good price - would definitely recommend this company if you’re doing a hike in the Atlas Mountains!
We booked a 2-Day Toubkal trek through this agency and it was the best decision we could take. Our guide was Rachid, a certified mountain guide from Imlil that was super professional and speaks perfect english. He was so helpful at all time, giving us a lot of information of the atlas and the berber culture. We were able to reach the summit during December thanks to his good knowledge of the area. I highly recommend to ask for him If you are thinking to trek arround Imlil area!
