The River Boat Vecrīga ride is the chill pill every traveler needs 🚤✨. Cruising past Riga’s skyline, bridges, and old-town charm while sitting back with the breeze in your face is pure magic. The pace is so relaxing I half-expected someone to hand me a hammock. 😂 Great views, smooth ride, and the kind of sightseeing where your feet don’t complain—highly recommended!
It was a very pleasant experience, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The views were truly amazing. I highly recommend seeing Riga's old town from this perspective.
Our very large group had an amazing trip up and down the river for a sunset cruise. The water was very calm and the weather held out nicely to make for an excellent cruise. There are many types of seating on board, so you can be out in the open on the top deck, under shade on the top deck, or if the weather is a bit cold, there is a large enclosed area on the main floor. The servers were great - they were really moving around through our group. They really made the cruise so much better. I would like to point out for the sake of patrons and the servers that once you order a drink, it gets put on the table's tab - there is a number on your table. Just before landing, they will come around to settle bills - please be at your seat or go to the main bar or server to settle iy. It can get a bit chaotic for everyone when servers can't find the people she served. Thanks for a great time. I'm sure we will be back.
A great way to see the eclectic skyline of Riga from the river. Friendly service, plenty drink options during the cruise. The boat ride is comfortable. Recommended.
Perfect way to spend an hour on the River. The staff make it easy and welcoming. The swinging chairs in the back are magical. Coffee, smoothies and beer served by the sweet and courteous waitstaff make it an all around way to relax while enjoying the views of the City of Riga and its surroundings. A few things to keep in mind: there is no information provided on the tour and if you were to prefer to sit on the top level at a table, come a few minutes early.
