We absolutely loved Santa’s Magical Trail with the Sleepover at Clanard Court Hotel from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience, both on the trail and in the hotel itself. The Santa experience was relaxed, fun, and truly magical. Our 5-year-old boy absolutely loved every minute of it, and it was wonderful to see the magic come to life through his eyes. The dinner and show that evening were fantastic and very enjoyable for the whole family, and the breakfast with the elves the next morning was the perfect finishing touch. Overall, it was a beautifully organised, memorable experience that we would highly recommend to families looking to create special Christmas memories.
I said back then I was very disappointed in the whole experience for the price we paid.i saw some of the wonderful images posted by other people and I taught great but we did not experience what we saw in those by images. When we finally got to see Santa Claus he was wonderful but my child was disappointed with her present a cushion so will I go back in 2021 no
Santa's magical trail was brilliant considering the year that was they owners mamagement & staff could not do enough to ensure that the whole overnight experience was magical for everyone. The only comment I would have from an adults point of veiw is that the Santa & his suit was a bit fake looking. If that was to be improved then Santa's magical trail would have it all sown up 200% magical. See you all next year ❤️
Lovely experience, felt very safe with social distancing etc elves and Santa gave the kids loads of time and attention, looking forward to going back next year
This was good fun despite the current covid restrictions and the hotel followed all protocols, hotel itself was a lovely 4* comfy room and beds, food was fine. reception and other staff were fantastic.. the elves were just brilliant, really engaging however the Santa himself let it down a little, could have been more enthusiastic/engaging but overall a great experience - kids loved it and would recommend.
