The apartment presented several problems from the moment we arrived. There was a foul odor inside, and previous guests' personal hygiene soap had been left on the bidet, a sign of less than thorough cleaning. The bed was very uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. In the kitchen, we found only three pots (two of which were now unusable), no pans, three knives, and not even a cutting board: we made do with some dishes we brought from home and some purchases from a household goods store. The washing machine was rusty and had a faulty door, the oven didn't work (reported but never repaired), and the gas cylinder ran out during our stay: it was replaced the next day, forcing us to stay indoors and wait for a technician. Air conditioning is available for a fee (€10 per day); deposit requested at the last minute (initially €200, then reduced to €100); The single clothesline consisted of five loose, rusty lines covered in bird droppings (we had to clean them ourselves and buy the clothespins); Recycling was strictly adhered to, but at the end of our stay, Kevin asked us to go to the recycling center 4 km away; The front door and some shutters were defective; No possibility of loading/unloading luggage near the property, resulting in three trips on foot from the port parking lot (a 10-minute walk), while other properties last year made us unload our luggage by reporting our license plate to the local police. The management was far from professional. Check-out was mandatory at 9:30 a.m. with a penalty of €25 for every half-hour of delay: at 9:10 a.m., they had already called us to expedite our check-out. Communications were almost exclusively via WhatsApp, with no answers to our calls. Furthermore, there were unfounded complaints: We were accused of not reporting the oven to the correct person, even though a report had been made; We were reprimanded for calling at night when the gas tank was empty (but we needed to cook); We were accused of bringing a dog without permission, when in fact the presence of the dog had been agreed upon and known to several staff members. Only after these messages did the agency apologize, deleting the accusations from WhatsApp, but without ever engaging in a verbal confrontation. In short: a stay characterized by disorganization, a lack of professionalism, and an apartment with numerous structural and management problems. Apartment: "Nido Corte Gallo"

Our experience in this apartment was very disappointing. Poor maintenance and amenities: the oven was unusable (despite reporting it to Kevin, a technician was never sent). The gas cylinder lasted a very short time (only 5 uses in 10 days for two people) and was replaced only after we asked, when it should have been changed before our arrival. The refrigerator was tilted, the washing machine was so worn it wouldn't close properly. Inadequate kitchen: out of three pots, two were so old they were unusable and carcinogenic. Basic items like pans and a cutting board were missing: we had to buy them ourselves. Insufficient cleaning: upon arrival, the apartment wasn't clean (we found personal hygiene products from previous guests in the bathroom). There was no clothesline, just five lines outside the apartment, broken and very dirty, on a base that we had to clean of pigeon droppings, and no clothes pegs. Poor comfort: low water pressure in the bathroom, unusable showerhead attachment, defective window and lock, sagging sofa. Unprofessional management: Kevin asked us at checkout to dispose of our remaining garbage at the recycling center 4 km away, ignoring the recycling schedule (despite adhering to it throughout our stay). Air conditioning was charged at €10 per day, even though the agency had told us over the phone that they would provide a general bill based on actual kilowatts consumed, but this was then denied upon check-in. Upon our departure, we read (before it was deleted) a message questioning our complaints: a decidedly unprofessional attitude. The only positive aspect is the location, which is truly convenient. Otherwise, given the poor maintenance, insufficient cleaning, and careless management, we cannot recommend this property.

Perfect stay! KEVIN was very kind and super helpful from the first moment. The communication was clear and fast, and he provided us with all the useful information before arriving. The apartment was clean, convenient and quiet location, perfect for exploring the area. He made our stay even more enjoyable thanks to his availability and his precious advice on the area. BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY! My daughter and I stayed a week in an apartment, clean and with all the comforts, sea view and 10 minutes from the center ..... in the agency we were welcomed by Kevin who with his kindness and availability followed us throughout the week indicating the best places to eat and where to shop. Always with him we also took a nice boat trip to the island of the seagulls with a swim and an aperitif. What can I say .. We will definitely return !!!
