Mena was very responsive and helpful to make sure our day in Naples was fantastic!! Our driver Dino spoke fantastic English and made us feel welcomed the entire day!! We finished our day with a private tour of Pompeii with Louisa set up by Mena!!! This was fantastic and one of favorite things to do while in Italy! I highly recommend using Mena to organize your trip!!! It was worth every euro spent!!!
We realized very last minute that booking a car would be much easier than taking a train between destinations, and I’m so glad we found this company. Mena was so friendly, responsive, and genuinely excited to help us. She checked in throughout our stay and made everything feel seamless and personal. We had Dino as our driver twice, and he was absolutely exceptional.. so professional, kind, and patient. He helped us with all our luggage (which was a lot!) and went above and beyond every time, making sure we were comfortable and safe. The roads were very windy, but his driving was so smooth that none of us got motion sick, something that happened with other drivers. He also had such a calm, reassuring energy that instantly made us relax and enjoy the ride. Our final driver, Francesco, was also wonderful, friendly, courteous, and even stopped at a rest area so we could grab snacks and use the restroom. Everything about this company felt warm and reliable. From Mena’s kindness to Dino’s incredible driving, we felt truly cared for the whole time. I would absolutely book with them again and recommend them to anyone traveling along the Amalfi Coast.
Amalfi Coast Transfers! Wow! Absolutely amazing! Mena was an absolute gem to converse with. She was very responsive with messages via WhatsApp and able to answer all my questions with ease. She made me feel relaxed with this whole process. Amalfi coast transfers picked us up from the Naples airport and drove us to our hotel in Positano, Carlo was an amazing driver and made the experience an ease. We had also arranged to be dropped off at our hotel in Ravello and then taking back to the Naples airport on other days which Mena organised the drivers for. (Anflozo and Diego) The cars were very clean and comfortable, Mercedes. The pricing was very reasonable for the Amalfi coast, we had paid approx £500 euros for the 3 trips ($890 aud) the ease of knowing we were going to be picked up on time and safely transported to our destinations made this worth it. If we ever return to Amalfi we will 100% utilise Amalfi Coast Transfers! We will recommend to anyone who asks as well! Thank you Mena and your Team 💖
