We saw this Smart on the Lanciani website and liked it. We contacted the company for information, and they were very thorough with the car details. We decided to purchase it even though we're from Turin. We completed the online process, which was very easy and the staff made everything quick. The car was delivered to us by a trusted Lanciani hauler and arrived in perfect condition, much nicer than it looked in the photos! It was prepared, polished, sanitized, and so on. The entire service from Lanciani and their staff was perfect, including delivery. A reliable company with excellent service; I highly recommend them.

After my old car abandoned me on the highway in Piacenza, I turned to Autolanciani to purchase a new one. Not only did I find the staff helpful and friendly, but more importantly, I got a price other dealerships couldn't offer, and they helped me get my old, now unusable car home and dispose of it. They also made the delivery of the new car feel like a special event, offering gifts and giveaways. These are the little things that bring great satisfaction. Highly recommended.
