Be very careful with this company! Absolutely zero costumer service… Nobody answers a phone, replies a email or a WhatsApp message! And that from 2 months… Elerent when some trouble happens is a ghost company! To avoid!!!
We rented two city bikes to explore the small towns around Lecce, and the whole experience was great! We called the shop a day before, and the owner kindly had everything ready for us when we arrived. The bikes were perfect for our day trips. Even though we returned them about 40 minutes late, the owner was incredibly understanding and didn’t charge us any extra fee. Great service, very accommodating, and we highly recommend this bicycle rental shop! 👍🏻

I rented a mountain bike for a day trip to the coast. The bicycle was in a good condition and the staff of Elerent was super friendly! A helmet is included in the price, as well as a stable smartphone holder. I cycled to San Cataldo, then through a beautiful forest to a nature reserve Le Cesine and to a beach. Returned through a becutiful small town of Acaya. Total of approximately 40 kilometres. If you like nature and cycling, get a bike from Elerent and go! I
Had a great ride together with my girlfriend on 2 Fat-bikes. Road from Lecce to San Cataldo and all the way down the coast to Grotta della Poesia. Great experience and great service!
