I booked and paid for a half day tour to Szentendre, an artist town. The company staff put me on the wrong tour bus. I had already been in Budapest for 3 days and seen many of the major sights. The city tour was not what I wanted nor had booked. I got off the bus and walked back to the office. Their first response was, 'I just sent you a whatsap message.' Excuse me? They did apologise for their error and assured me a refund would appear in a few days. Not happy. Always check, double check, or better still, just do it yourself.

We had an interesting tour with Dora to Szentendre village near Budapest. She is a very nice and experienced guide. Everything was perfectly fine.

Krisztina was a first class guide with extensive knowledge which she delivered in a thorough and entertaining way. This made the trip very enjoyable and we learned a great deal.

In September I've booked the Lake Balaton Tour with EUrama tours. The whole trip to the Balaton lake was ok. Nice van , good driver. Unfortunately our tour guide Marta wasn't very professional. When we arrived to the Balaton lake we had free time for lunch and then at 2pm we had a cruise on the lake. At 1.45pm we been waiting at the meeting point where Marta told us to wait. Unfortunately she didn't showed up. We decided to go to the port, we saw our ship, we waved and shouted for them to wait for us, but the left without us. Among us were couple from America, girl from Malaysia and girl from Hungary, luckily she called the EUrama and explained what happened. At the beginning they offered us 50% refund for the trip, however we insisted on the cruise. We managed to sail an hour later. Our group and guide had to wait for us. The worst disappointment we experienced was when we returned from the cruise. Marta was waiting for us. She was upset , she didn't apologise, she said it was a misunderstanding. She didn't take responsibility for what happened just ignored the problem. We were upset because it was 100% her fault. She was keeps saying where we have to wait for her and she didn't come. These days we all having phones. She could contact us or ask the company to do it. Also the rest of our trip she didn't wait for a group, she only tells a few people who where close enough to her about everything the others behind her had no chance of hearing anything. She walked very quickly, not waiting for people who had trouble walking. The atmosphere after what happened to us was very heavy. If you would like to go to see the Lake Balaton. It's really worth it. Beautiful place and experience but you need to find out who is your tour guide. With all respect for her age, try to avoid Marta.

all the trip was outstanding. our guide Maria Gabriella was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this tour . we enjoyed it very much

Excellent way to leave the city and explore the countryside. Liked the opportunity to briefly check out Slovakia. Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had to deal with a little adverse weather, but no problems. Very skilled and friendly driver.

our guide Clara was amazing . She was impressive with her deep and broad knowledge about the history. She did her best even tho the Basilica was close to tourists due to ceremony. i would recommend this tour. my only disappointment was not having enough time for the artists town.

Well worth the money. Great to be able to get out of Budapest for the day and see the countryside. Beautiful landscapes & villages. Had a lovely lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Danube and relaxing return journey cruising back on the Danube.

We took two of the tours while in Budapest and it was very informative and fun! The guides were very professional and able to converse in many languages fluently. We really enjoyed the Godollo tour and already looking forward for the Full Day Danube bend tour 😃

Very nice way to spend couple hours further off Budapest. We were group of 5 and the tour was very well organized. Driver Lazslo good and punctual, the minivan exteremly comfortable and clean. Our tour guide Attila was very friendly and knowledgeable. On our way to Godollo he explain a lot about the parts of town we were passing. On the site we walk through the park first to see the Elizabeth statue and afterwards we had a tour. During the tour Attila explained a big amount of history and life of people connected to this castle. The tour was in english and is suitable for all ages. Very nice tour, worth the visit.
