Don't be fooled by the website or phone reps. I called when I got to the island from a cruise and was told the day pass was $30. When I got there they suddenly wanted $60. I took a taxi so I just dealt with it. But then they had no towels and zero scuba or snorkel equipment. Plus the beach is about 3 yards wide. For $60 you get a sand bar and zero amenities. I wish I spent the 75 at the nicer hotel up the way. Please dont get scammed like I did. The only reason I went there was to scuba or snorkel and they had nothing for it. Even though their website says it does. They said the $60 was because they were sold out of the regular one. There were 5 people at the bar and 2 on the "beach", 4 of which i know were staying at the hotel. Stay away.

My experience at Infinity Bay was absolutely unacceptable. I stayed two nights, paying $222 per night, and both stays were filled with issues. The first night, my room was infested with roaches, the phone was broken, and the staff were rude when I reported it. To make matters worse, the staff offered to fumigate the room at 2 a.m. — while I was pregnant. Expecting a pregnant guest to inhale chemical fumes and sleep in a fumigated room is beyond irresponsible. The second night, the Wi-Fi was completely out, and I was told IT wasn’t available because it was Sunday. This is not acceptable service for a resort of this price or reputation. When I tried to resolve the issue, their supervisor, Kenny Bennett, lied about what was promised. He initially stated I would receive a refund, but later changed the story to a $127 credit, which was never discussed or agreed upon. Infinity Bay completely failed to take responsibility, provide basic guest safety, or communicate honestly. I would never recommend this resort to anyone, especially families or pregnant women.
We had a wonderful stay at Infinity Bay Spa and Beach Resort and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The resort was beautiful—peaceful surroundings, stunning ocean views, and a clean, comfortable room that made us feel right at home. The beach was absolutely perfect for swimming and soaking up the sun. Even though the restaurant service was slightly reduced during our stay, the quality and care were still outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and every meal we had was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear they’re committed to maintaining a high standard, even with limited operations. The overall service throughout the resort was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene and memorable beach getaway!
I am writing this review while waiting in line for check-out, and I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed choice. While the restaurant by the beach attached to the hotel was the only positive aspect—staff there were polite, and the no-outside-alcohol policy is completely reasonable—the rest of the resort falls far short of even basic expectations. From the front desk to the cleaning staff (if you can even call them that) and everyone in between, the lack of customer service is noticeable. Guests are made to feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and are hit with unnecessary fees at every turn. The shuttles are inconsistent, and after a discussion with the manager about it, staff sent what they called “cleaners” to my room—a woman accompanied by a man not in uniform—who entered without asking and began taking photos of the entire room under the pretense that our phone wasn’t working. We never complained about a phone, nor even knew one was there. This felt invasive and unprofessional. While this resort may look nice online, the reality of the experience left a lot to be desired. If you’re visiting the area, there are other options that offer a better balance of service, value, and professionalism. I would recommend looking at the Kimpton or Henry Morgan resorts—they are often more affordable and consistently provide the level of hospitality you would expect on vacation.
