Donnie was the tour guide and he was so knowledgeable and interesting. We hit all the highlights and I learned so much. Donnie knows his stuff! It was a wonderful tour and I highly recommend. Great way to get a good feel for the Old Town. 5++!

Excellent tour. Our guide Donny was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal of information, not just about Stirling and its castle, churches, buildings, houses, statues and cemetery, but also an amazing amount about the history of the city over the centuries. I would strongly recommend this tour to anyone who appreciates historical buildings and the history of Scotland.
Mark

We had an excellent tour. Whilst we live locally we were ignorant of much of the history of Stirling over the last 900 years. We certainly made up for that now. Our guide, Craig, was excellent - being very engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and informative throughout, as well as moving the tour at a suitable and relaxed pace throughout. The weather helped during the 90 minute tour. If you can, then we'd recommend you do this tour - you won't be disappointed.
Hugh

Very friendly and informative tour guide. I would suggest your website makes it quite clear the tour ends at the Castle but does not include access (or related cost) to it

Diane was so knowledgeable easy to listen to and fun

Morgan was great. Knew her history well and learned a lot! The uphill was as she said but historical stops made it easier.
eleonora

Finally a nice tour! I can’t stand guides who make jokes all the time and don’t teach you anything! Our guide knew a lot, and was also fun to be with! It is nice to learn about the Scottish culture through details in the buildings which we would have never noticed and through monuments!

We walked the city with Donnie. It was arguably the best tour we had in Scotland. He’s very easy going and knowledgeable. We walked around the Old City, checked building and sites and explored the castle. I highly recommend the tour with Donnie.

Georgia did an absolutely splendid job guiding us through Sterling. She had an abundance of knowledge of the history surrounding Sterling Castle. Her stories were very entertaining as well as accurate. She is very friendly and willing to answer questions. I highly recommend this walk. It’s very much worth the time and every penny spent.
