I feel like I got the most out of my trip to Scotland thanks to Heart of Scotland. We were in Scotland for 8 days and did two of their tours. One was the overnight to Inverness, the other Hadrians Wall and the borders. Our tour guide Angela was friendly, funny, informative and accommodating. Not expensive and worth every penny for the experiences we had!

We did the 5 day tour of Lochness/Inverness and Isle of Skye. The tour pickup was in Edinburgh and Callum was our driver/tour guide. He is an amazing guide. He provided a lot of stories about the sites and Scottish history. I didn't feel as if the tour was rushed. I felt we spent an appropriate time at each of the sites we visited. The views along the way were spectacular! I felt as if the pictures we took were too beautiful to be true! There was a lot to learn, see and do on the tour. If you are thinking about doing the tour, do it! You won't regret it. Everyone on the bus was friendly and I only wish the tour was extended a few more days. I felt it ended too soon. Thank you Callum for all your stories! Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

The 3 day Isle of Skye tour did not disappoint! We had Roddy as our guide and he was exceptional. Roddy was not only knowledgeable but funny and compassionate. His love of his country was evident in his storytelling and made us fall in love with Scotland as well. He really made our first bus tour a delight. Thank you Heart of Scotland and thank you Roddy!

We were looking forward to our 5 day Heart of Scotland tour and it did not disappoint. Our driver/guide/buddy Callum’, love and knowledge of his Country, made this an unforgettable trip. His storytelling is amazing and we loved being enchanted as we made our way through the most beautiful parts of the countryside. His generosity with his knowledge of all things Scottish was priceless and we all fell in love with it too. We were lucky to have a great small group of travelers and enjoyed getting off the beaten track together. The weather performed perfectly for this terrific ‘wee’ sojourn. We loved that you can book your accommodation of choice and budget, instead of a typical hotel tour, so caters for everyone. We would highly recommend this tour with Callum.

Grand Tour of Scotland lived up to its name! Euan made the experience exceptional, with his deep knowledge of the land and the history, and his commitment to ensuring we had a great time. He worked around weather and a road closure to maximize our opportunities for hiking and seeing sights, and a special touch was making sure we found the best locations and angles for amazing photos. He also provided informational cards that helped us understand background and context for the places we visited. His recommendations went beyond the trip itself and we discovered dining and experiences in Glasgow and Edinburgh based on his suggestions. We loved the small bus experience which enabled decisions and changes based on the group’s preferences. Would definitely book again and heartily recommend!
