Paul

We had the tour with Andy, checking out pubs in Manchester. Andy was amazing and he had many interesting, funny stories about the city and its pubs. Each stop had its own unique character, and Andy brought every place to life with his knowledge and humour. The atmosphere was relaxed, the group was friendly, and we discovered hidden gems we’d never have found on our own. It was the perfect mix of history, laughter, and great beer. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to see the real Manchester and have an unforgettable time!

I recently went on the Manchester Invisible Cities tour with my family, and it was fantastic! Stephen, our guide, was incredibly passionate and knowledgeable and his stories are truly inspiring. He shared so many fascinating stories about Manchester, bringing the city’s history to life - we are from Manchester and there were so many things we had never heard about before! His friendly and engaging style made the tour a real highlight. We explored areas I pass regularly but never realized had such rich histories. I’d recommend this tour to anyone interested in discovering a different side of Manchester. It gave me a deeper understanding of homelessness and how personal stories connect to the city’s history. It also highlighted the resilience and creativity of those affected by it. Would 10/10 recommend.

I have been on a number of Paul's tours (Invisible Cities Edinburgh) and loved every one. Paul is an honest, funny and very dedicated tour guide. It doesn't matter if it is on his quiz, if it is Christmas Day, or if he is on holidays, he shares it with us on his tours. Paul goes above and beyond to make sure that guests understand Invisible Cities mission. I can't recommend his tours highly enough. Looking forward to many more!

Danny was a great guide. His story is moving and inspirational and he tells it with humour, humanity, insight and honesty. He truly gives a voice to the people we often walk past without acknowledging. Recommended. His poetry brings his story to life.
