Before setting off, guests receive a short safety briefing and equipment demonstration to ensure they feel confident and prepared for their ride. Helmets are included for every participant, helping to create a safe and comfortable cycling experience.


For day bookings, a refundable £50 deposit per bike and valid ID are required. Overnight hires require a £100 deposit per bike, together with an ID, bank card, or keys as security. All deposits are fully refunded when the equipment is returned safely and without damage.


Children must be at least 5 years old for standard bike hire and over 1 year old to ride in a bike trailer. Adult supervision is required for all participants under 18, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized cycling adventure around the beautiful landscapes of Loch Lomond.
