To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled booking. This extra time allows the team to provide a full safety briefing and demonstration on how to use the equipment correctly. Arriving early ensures you are well prepared before setting off and helps you make the most of your time on the trail. Please note that late arrivals may result in a reduction or loss of your allocated hire time, as all bookings are scheduled to run smoothly.
For safety reasons, children must be over 5 years old to use a bike and over 1 year old to use a bike trailer, with adult supervision required for anyone under 18. A refundable deposit is also required: £50 per bike for day bookings, or £100 per bike for overnight bookings. For overnight hires, an ID, bank card, or set of keys must be left as security. All deposits are fully refunded upon the safe and undamaged return of the equipment. These steps ensure a safe, secure, and well-organized experience for every participant.

Boat trip was great
Little cabin (the hub) but lots of activity's to do (kayaking, bike rental). Bought a ticket for a boat trip around the loch (well, part of it). £15 for a 45 minute boat trip, well spent. Enjoyed it a lot. The hub sells also books and sports related equipment.
