The room is phenomenal in the tower - we had Ellie and Zack for concierge service and couldn’t have been more helpful or lovely. We had a slight snafu with shower gel (finding the bottle empty after already washing hair) and Zach ran up with a new bottle in what seemed like seconds!!! You people have superpowers I’m sure The amenities, the surroundings, the lovely staff - all made it so unique and wonderful I couldn’t recommend it enough. Last but not least, the private history tour - if you have the absolute pleasure of having the tall and beautiful Andrew being your guide, you’re going to fall in love. The amount of knowledge this man holds is phenomenal!!! He can list off years and explain battles with the same gusto, information and enthusiasm as the salacious gossip of the last few hundred years of the estate’s family. My jaw was permanently on the floor and I have not enjoyed learning so much in forever. He is an absolute gem of an employee and made us love Warwick Castle so much more.

Great experience definitely worth a visit , all the staff including Concierge, security , gardeners every one we meet polite helpful and friendly.

We stayed for two nights and it was a very unique experience. The food that was included with the stay was fabulous and the concierge staff went above and beyond. The rooms are very luxurious, and the complementary bottle of Prosecco was a great welcome gift. Something to bear in mind is that the stay is in a medieval tower, so yes it’s a very unique place for a getaway and one of a kind experience! But also, the stay IS in a medieval tower - so there are narrow stairs that lead to the room. The staircase is open to general castle visitors so access can be tricky due to crowds, it can also be quite loud outside of the room door during peak times.

Wow what an experience!!! My wife decided to book us a unique over night stay. What is more unique than an actual castle. Set in the beautiful Warwick castle we staying in the Rose suite which is located at the top of the tower. Upon entering the room you get a real historic feel with a four poster bed and a put you up bed for my daughter. Whilst the room had an historic look there were quirky modern extras like a TV that rises from the bottom of the bed. I must say the concierge Erin, Jordan and Elle were exceptional, nothing was too much and when we asked for extra things it wasn't a problem. After the public leave you have access to the castle (towers, around the ground like peacock gardens and where the Falconery/trebuchet are) it's such a surreal experience! Included is breakfast which is in the state room, again so surreal! A room where such people as royalty have dined, also your name gets added to the guest list of people who have dined there....cool! Also included is afternoon tea which was delightful and again no problem when we had issues with changing things on the menu (fussy daughter). With your room stay you also get a tower suite card which gives you 20% off around the castle and a personal 1 hour tour before the public arrive. George was great and so informative. You also have a dungeon tour included. The grounds itself is well maintained, no rubbish flying around and all staff are very friendly and happy to help. To sum up, Warwick Castle suits should be added to your list of unique holidays. We paid £640 but honestly, it is 100% worth it.........book now!

I booked the Peacock suite as a surprise for my husbands 60th Birthday 21/8/23. He was so surprised and we were definitely not disappointed!! The booking and planning process was perfectly amazing, concierge service made sure all went smoothly, being aware that this was a surprise at all times. Ellie from concierge was excellent organising every detail. On arrival we were met by Jordan from concierge who greeted us warmly and showed us to our suite, giving us all information regarding our room and the history of the tower, we also received a complementary bottle of champagne. The peacock suite is absolutely amazing and luxurious, we felt very special. Ellie had even organised tasteful birthday decorations. Our stay included two day entry to the castle, afternoon tea in the conservatory and a private castle tour, both were excellent. Our tour guide Mark was very knowledgeable and walked us around the castle rooms, once again amazing. Our evening concierge Beth made sure we got to the tour, meeting us and escorting us to the castle. Beth was so helpful and only a call away. We forgot the corkscrew for our wine, Beth appeared with a cork screw within a few minutes. We decided to eat out in the town during the evening both Beth and the security guard Nigel were amazing, making sure we could exit and enter back into the castle grounds later in the evening. We had the best nights sleep and n the morning Ellie greeted us and escorted us to the castle library where we had a private breakfast which was also amazing. Ellie met us at 10am for checkout, escorted us to our car where we left our luggage and were then able to re-enter the castle for our second day. We enjoyed all shows and facilities, added bonus was that we received 20% discount in most of the shops and facilities during both days. I cannot recommend a stay at the Tower Suites enough, we will definitely return. Such a special experience for any occasion. Thankyou
