Skype Aline’s one over the most remote places to get in in Scotland, the weather there it’s unpredictable and sometimes impossible to get in. It took the government many years to accept from the people that lived there the natives a bridge that connects Scotland with this island, they speak their own language. They have a few hotels very expensive and the land it’s incredible. You just in 20 minute drive you will see all sorts of natural sites, if you are a lover of nature, this is the most one.

The 3 day tour departed Edinburgh to the Isles of Skye and Highlands. We had a fantastic guide named Jim from Scotswild touring company. He was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and patient.

The Isle of Skye is something out of a book and should be on your list to visit if you plan on driving the Scottish Highlands. It's accessible by ferry ride or drive from the eastern side. The mountains and canyons go on forever it seems, and they have wonderful water features everywhere. There are small little towns scattered all over the place to stop at and eat or stay, with many distilleries out there as well. Home to things like the Fairy Pools, it's got tons of nature to explore and is very kid friendly.

Absolutely beautiful and must see. The town is small so booking restaurant for dinner is recommended before coming back from sightseeing. Pre-book hotel in advance as it gets full fast. It's best to book a tour to see so the sites at the bus is slower and doesn't stop at so spots.
