Welcome to our enchanting forest school, the perfect setting for young intrepid adventurers! Nestled in a dense beech tree woodland near Ballynahinch, our school is accessible via a scenic 1.4km nature trail, just a 10-minute walk from the main car park.
Our forest school features two distinct tiers: the upper tier is equipped with a large tent canopy, providing a comfortable all-weather environment, while the lower tier boasts a cozy campfire area and a short trail leading to a tranquil pond, ideal for observing or fishing for swimming wildlife.
Led by our skilled and trained forest leader, your child will engage in a variety of hands-on activities designed to foster a love for nature. Each session lasts 2 hours, ensuring a balance of structured learning and unstructured playtime. Children will have opportunities to explore, create, and discover, all while developing important social skills and respect for the environment.
Parents and children will be warmly greeted at the car park before embarking on a guided walk to the forest school. After an adventurous session filled with exploration and discovery, the group will return to the car park via our picturesque trail. Very clean and well run place food is good my kids love this place staff are very friendly and polite good all round definitely will be back
Incredibly clean soft play area, didn't see my son for a very long time cuz he was so busy. At other Centres he'd be back and forth wanting reassurance, snacks and drinks but here, if we say we saw him six times in the whole two hours that would be the height of it. Separate gated area for The Teenyboppers which is good, but everyone was everywhere playing together when we were in. Will definitely be back
This is an indoor soft play centre, offering unique play experience that combines fun & Learning for children. They also have themed play zones designed to develop key skills like motor skills & team-work. Took my son here recently for a birthday party. Nice ambience for special events. Kudos to the team!
One of only two soft plays in the North that has a gated toddler area and can be pre-booked online (that I've found anyway). Both a big plus for me & my 2 toddlers as one of them is a runner. It's never too crowded and the toddler area is huge. My boys love it here. Separate sensory room is a great addition too.
This place is a kids paradise!!! We arrived today with our 4 year old daughter and have been pleasantly surprised by this place Firstly the staff were friendly and attentive. The premises were clean inside and outside. The fact that it was so clean and well maintained showed us that it is a place we can feel confident taking our daughter as kids here are obviously on their hands and feet a lot. It's very well presented with colourful banners posted above each door and entrance to guide and attract people's attention. This place is gated by a security lock which is controlled by a member of staff. This is a great piece of mind as kids can't just run out as they could in the soft play area in Newcastle!! They have a good selection of food and drink in their canteen area. This has got to be the best soft play location I have seen to date and my daughter has been to many. I highly recommend it!!
