My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time here – truly the experience of a lifetime! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was exceptional. Terrible staff. We started a take away service and due to us sitting at the table waiting for it to be made. This cost us an extra 20 euros. No one told us or explained “their policy”. They said every country does this. Absolutely nuts. The German lady ended up following us outside even after we paid the ridiculous bill, harassing us while we waited for our uber. I have never had such a terrible experience at a location. I’m sorry but NO not every country does this. I have been to many and even the country I am from does not do this. We were just cold and waiting for the food to heat up, our son who is 7 just needed a moment from the cold. Customers beware for the scams at this location! We asked a few other locations if this is normal for Paris and it is not. Would never recommend. Also the flat white was awful.
It was the worst dessert I've ever had. We wanted to try it upon the recommendation of the old waiter. We regretted it. We couldn't finish it. Thank you for this terrible experience!! -Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate were delicious.
This was a really nice restaurant, very friendly staff and liked the way we tried to speak French, the little that we knew. The food was delicious, my daughter (11yrs old) said the duck was the best she’d ever eaten (the bit I tried she wasn’t wrong!). The waiter was great and had fun by pouring the warm chocolate sauce over our profiteroles. Certainly a place to bookmark for next time!
The food was very good. The service could have been better. The waiting staff seemed inattentive. Not only with our table but many other tables. The table beside us asked for water over 5 times. We had to wait on one our drinks, a Coca-Cola for quite a while. For price for a lunch, I'd expect better service. Though we all enjoyed our food. I would not dine here again due to the service.
