This unforgettable tour departs from your hotel or resort, taking you on a journey to two of Fiji’s most renowned natural attractions. Your first stop is the Gardens of the Sleeping Giants, an enchanting oasis nestled in the cool shade of two towering mountains. This picturesque garden is home to a stunning collection of over 30 to 40 varieties of magnificent Asian Orchids and Cattleya hybrids, which were once the private collection of the late American actor Raymond Burr. As you stroll through the gardens, you’ll be immersed in the fragrance and vibrant colors of these rare and beautiful flowers, making it a truly serene and captivating experience.

After exploring the tranquil gardens, the tour continues to one of Fiji’s hidden gems the Sabeto Mud Pools. This therapeutic natural spa offers a rare opportunity to indulge in the rejuvenating power of thermal mud. Known for its healing properties, the sulphur rich mud has been cherished by locals for centuries as a remedy for self cleansing and beautification. Here, you can have fun applying the rich mud generously on yourself and your friends, enjoying a playful yet relaxing experience.

The Sabeto Hot Spring feature three natural mud pools set in lush, tropical surroundings, creating a peaceful and inviting environment. Locals believe the sulphur in the springs promotes healing and wellness, and it is a popular destination for both visitors and locals alike. After coating yourself in the therapeutic mud, rinse off in one of the warm spring pools, allowing the soothing waters to melt away any tension and stress. The experience is not only a physical cleansing but also a mental refreshment, offering a wonderful opportunity to relax and rejuvenate while connecting with nature. This unique combination of beautiful gardens and healing mud pools provides a perfect balance of nature, relaxation, and culture, making it a must do experience during your time in Fiji.

Nothing much about this place. The flowers and setting was beautiful but not much to do. Lovely work but got bitten my bugs many times

Nice visit, pretty and lush. Got eaten alive by mosquitoes on the way down. The juice at the end was nice, but wanted to get out of there fue to the bites. $30 entrance fee was a bit steep in my mind.

What a breathe taking experience. So stunning & the staff were just beyond nice. It’s really gorgeous to take in the different orchids, durian (which I’ve never seen actually on the tree) and tropical plants that grow. Cute little kitties to pat (so bring some cat food if you can). Definitely a worthy visit even if it’s hot!

This fell short if my expectations as I've visited lots of gardens. I do not feel it was worth the entry fee and travelling time to get here. Could have easily given this one a miss. The road leading to this garden is a dirt road and very bumpy. Our taxi driver went so slow similar to a walking pace and was getting overtaken by vans and other cars. There were times I thought the gravel and rocks would damage the car but luckily this didn't happen. This might be worthwhile if you are a fan of orchids. The website states there are 2,000 different types of orchids. They are located at the start of the walk. If I had known this I would've slowed down and attempted to take them in. I'm from Brisbane so for me excluding the orchids this felt like a rainforest walk. I was familiar with a lot of the trees and plants growing here. It was hot on the day we visited and we also had our 10 month old with us. If you are bringing your little one don't bother with a pram as you'll have to leave it at just after the orchids section/ toilet block (at the beginning) unless you want to carry it up lots of stairs. The stairs are not equally spaced apart so you really need to pay attention where you are stepping. If you are after a view follow the signs to the lookout. It's quite steep so it may not suit all ability levels and there are only two spots with shade. While there was a nice view at the top it wasn't spectacular. We didn't spend much time up there. It didn't take us much time to walk through the garden and return to the entrance. The driving time to and from Nadi was more than the amount of time we spent in the garden. At the end of the walk you get a sweet drink and you can sit down in shade. Disclaimer: the last photo I've included is of the 'Sleeping Giant' but I took this from Port Danarau and not on the way to this garden.

Lovely rambling gardens, well maintained paths and plenty of seating to rest if the heat gets a bit much. A nice cold glass of fresh juice after our walk was a welcome inclusion in the ticket price. As always, the staff here were friendly and welcoming.
