We just came back from Fiji, we had a wonderful stay all staff was extremely nice and warm. They always say Bula to brighten your day! The facilities are also great and the food is good! We loved the breakfast at Navo and our Cabana dinner. Special mentions goes to Sera from the Sanasana restaurant who always greeted us with a smile and remembered our names, room number and favourite drinks. Also our cabana waiter I believe his name was Abcuki was extremely nice! The only thing that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth was the room service. Aside from when the bed was made on the first day. No care was put into cleaning our room they pretty much skipped our room every day. We had no no disturb sign on and they didn’t come unless I called reception, and the last time I’ve called reception they even hang up on me. Thankfully Sera helped us. As it was our honeymoon it would have been nice to have the decor on beds like many other posted or a goodbye but nothing. Also the only thing they did was making the bed in a sloppy way, sinks haven’t been cleaned for all stay. This is very odd for intercontinental standards. They did leave us some gifts for our honeymoon a slice of cake and a fruit platter but I believe that was the Navo restaurant and not the cleaning staff.
We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Fiji. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the staff are warm and welcoming. It’s so easy to access the beach and enjoy all kinds of water activities. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Kelera, who made our stay even more special. She’s such a lovely and creative person, our room looked amazing every day. The kids especially loved the way she arranged their soft toys and decorated the beds so thoughtfully. Her care and creativity truly added an extra touch of joy to our holiday.
Visually, this place is absolutely breathtaking—truly a paradise! The facilities are immaculate—well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. Every single team member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made the experience feel even more special, and their cheerful personalities added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Phenomenal experience here at the Intercontinental, Fiji. The service, food and amenities have been nothing short of fantastic. Special shoutout to Kini and Vara at the Sanasana restaurant. Their service was extremely helpful and efficient. Always greeting with a big smile. The entire team here has been just that. Not a single bad encounter with any of the team. A special mention to the cabana traditional Fijian dinner that we had at sunset. This is a new offering we were told and would love to let you know that it was perfect. Massive portions of many different meals, fantastic service, and lovely singing and happiness for our honeymoon. The location was awesome. The kava tasting and mocktail to begin the session was a beautiful touch that we really really valued. Thankyou !!
My husband and I came here for 9nights on our honeymoon. We had the most amazing time celebrating. The resort is beautiful, clean, and spacious! The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond. We especially want to thank Kini for the amazing service, and being so so kind! We also want to thank Vara who set up and organised our special couples kabana dinner. It was a beautiful experience, and highly recommend! Thank you Va for cleaning our room and attending to our needs - we really appreciate it! Overall, amazing resort, staff, and facilities! Vanaka!!
