What a Beautiful boutique hotel! Great location in the Gothic area. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff! They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! My room was extremely clean and the bed was so very comfortable! I highly recommend staying here! On a side note…the Circle Bar located within the hotel is the perfect spot for a nightcap!
We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Karla at the front desk, who was very kind and attentive. The location is excellent, right in the Gothic Quarter, close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions.However, the Gothic area, while full of history, can feel dirty and has an unpleasant smell at times, which is why I would rate the location 3 stars. The room was fine for two people, clean, and comfortable. My main concern was the open shower design, which wets the entire bathroom floor and could easily cause a slip accident (it almost happened to me). Because of that, I’d rate the room 3 stars. The included breakfast could also use improvement. It mainly offers bread and pastries, with no protein options or yogurt. A continental breakfast with fruits, eggs, and other choices, even for an extra fee, would be a great upgrade. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with excellent staff.
Very comfortable room, very kind and helpful reception staff. Average breakfast in a very small room that felt cramped. The rooms are sound proof but it can get noisy in the apartments nearby and the street at night. The Gothic area is really impressive from an architectural stand point but it's dirty and feels run down. Except for a few very nice local designer boutiques the rest of the stores are CBD and cheap souvenirs. Hence my 3 stars for location, but nothing wrong with the hotel. We felt safe all the time and the hotel is well located in the neighborhood.
We stayed here with our two month old and they had everything set up for us when we arrived. There was a king sized bed which we didn’t know we were getting but it was amazing and comfortable. All the staff were so helpful and kind. Would totally recommend. Location is great as well.
We had a wonderful stay at Hesperia Bari Gothic Hotel in Barcelona. The hotel is located in a beautiful Gothic area right in the city center, making it a perfect base to explore. Our room was perfect—comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. A special thanks to Carla at the front desk, who took exceptional care of us. She was always helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to meet all our requests. Her friendliness and professionalism truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!
