If you come to Hurghada you can't miss this experience! The massage saved me. Nora and Iman are the best! ❤❤❤ Love from Croatia!

I booked the sauna, spa, and massage session through Booking. It was $31.50 for the two of us. It was worth every penny — or even more! Our massage therapists, Nora and Ghada, were awesome. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back in the next few days!

I paid 15$ in total for the Turkish scrub, sauna, steam room and 50 minute massage via booking. The service was good in the beginning but when it came time for the massage , the towel I laid on smelt bad, it was already wet, and the massage I got maybe was 30-35 minutes. When I went back downstairs to get changed I addressed this and I got brought back upstairs for an addition “10 minutes” after 5 minutes my massage lady wanted to finish the session which I told her the time was not done. After 9 minutes she finished and I did not want to fight anymore. Especially during my treatment when I was brought back upstairs. I told her what to massage, such as my head and she was upset to do more work and rubbed my head and face in such a rough manner my face was hurting when I left. I actually got a scratch on my face from her… so unfortunate the way I was treated since it was good in the beginning. Also the jacuzzi is gross there is black stuff around the tub… for the price it is a good deal, but it would have been better if they are honest about the service. If the massage will only be 30 minutes the guests need to be informed. And why are they taking their anger out on the customer for standing up for what was advertised and promised… Imagine how rough the masseuse was if there is a visible scratch on my FACE

Experienced would of been good if they had of offered something in return for all the power going out - meant we missed the jacuzzi time and sauna and other stuff we could have done in free time. We essentially sat in the water for 20 minutes while the staff ran around figuring out what to do. These things happen but the guests turned into 2nd priority and just ushered around with no idea what’s going on. Other hand massage was good, Fareh did a good job and he was most friendly and only person who looked a live and spoke to the three of us that came in. I did see one of the staff members peeking through a massage window, which man not right at all. Lack of flow and organisation. Wanted to ask about refund and anything possible but they pushed us out the door so fast without any form of drink that was advertised, idk didn’t hate it but just a bit lacking from this establishment.

Went for a spa session today at this place based on the reviews I read online, and I wasn't disappointed at all... I went for the Cleopatra VIP package, which included literally everything- Sauna, Steam/Salt room, Jaccuzzi, Full body scrub, Turkish bath/massage and then finished off with a Deep tissue massage. My masseuse Noura was exceptional... She's so good at what she does...my skin and whole body felt so soft and relaxed. Would definitely go again if the opportunity arises.
