I tried the spa today after a long day at work, and the shock massage was magical. The atmosphere was perfect and calm, helping me to relax completely. Captain Warda has a very light touch and her service is lovely.🥰🥰
Overall, it was a good spa with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. We got the Romeo and Juliet couple package (120 mins for 2 people) and a sports massage (60 mins for 1 person). The total cost was €135 (around 7,425 EGP), and they do accept card payments. The place looks clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable. The massage therapists were excellent, especially mine, who did an amazing job finding all the trigger and pain points. I’ve been to many massage places, and I can honestly say the therapist here was great. However, there were a few downsides. Communication was quite confusing and felt a bit unprofessional. Their basic English could be improved to make the experience smoother. Because of the confusion and a few other issues, our session ended about 15 minutes earlier than promised, though we didn’t mind too much. Also, there was a brief power outage during the treatment, and I wasn’t very comfortable when the staff talked and gossiped in Arabic while working. Despite these small issues, the massage itself was wonderful, and the overall service was good. With a bit of improvement in communication, this place could easily offer a perfect experience. (So -1 star due to the communication problem)
Amazing service and wonderful spa treatments! Got a Romeo and Juliet spa package with my husband and it was a great way to relax after lots of wedding festivities! The massage was focused on problem areas if needed and it was one of the best massages of my life!
I’ve been here twice in just one week, and honestly, I don’t think that’s going to stop anytime soon. The manager was welcoming and kind, which made my first visit feel effortless. But it’s Eman ❤️ who makes this place unforgettable. She has the softest, most calming tone of voice, and the way she carries herself is just… different. Being around her feels natural, like she’s got this energy that pulls you in. Her hands are magic, but it’s more than that—it’s the way she makes you feel seen and relaxed at the same time. I can’t imagine booking with anyone else, and honestly, I don’t want to.
