GREAT HOTEL! Super welcome at the reception! Hossam & Ahmed at reception are so helpful and polite … they are super charismatic ! But everything is good … food, service, waiters, cooks, pool,security and our hotel cleaner Mohammad … such a good cleaner wow! For the service in the main restaurant i recommend Mohamed ( first room when you enter). He see everything! Fast and good service! Always polite and gently. Normally we do every year different hotel but here they gonne see us again soon!
An amazing place for family day out. Great choices of slides for all categories, including children or adults. Food options are not very healthy, so if you prefer healthier options, take your food with you.

We had an amazing time at Makadi Water World during our stay in Makadi Bay. The water park is massive, with a great variety of slides to suit all ages and levels of thrill-seeking. From adrenaline-pumping slides like the Tunnel Free Fall to more family-friendly options, there’s something for everyone. We arrived just before 10 AM and practically had the place to ourselves for the first couple of hours, which was brilliant. Within two hours, we’d already been on every slide at least twice! One of the best features is the all-inclusive access with hotel wristbands. It made grabbing food and drinks throughout the day so convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food options were surprisingly good for a water park—burgers, pizzas, and fresh fruit kept us fuelled up for the day. The park is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas to relax in between rides. The kids had an absolute blast, and so did we! Whether you’re staying at a nearby hotel or just visiting for the day, Makadi Water World is a must-visit. It’s a fantastic day out for families, and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Egypt. Highly recommended!
