The staff were absolutely perfect. Very helpful and accommodating. The dive master was very safety conscious. The food was excellent the boat was very well maintained. They only negative I can think of was that the seas were very rough and that was totally beyond the control of the company.
Nice boat with friendly staff that helped the whole family feel safe and welcome. We almost had to drag the youngest one of the boat. I did a open water dive with Mohamed and the rest of the family did a test dive with him. He did a good walk trough before with everyone of us in a small group which felt great and made us feel really safe and even the youngest age 9 did his first dive with him and everything went great. Also really good food, much better than we had anticipated. We can only recommend this company.
Top experience, good organized. Oktober and it was quit busy in Hurghada with diving, but no hick-ups or any other issues. Motivated and competent instructors. Boot in good shape, boat crew very helpfull, good equipment. My daughter had her first dives and it worked so smooth as you can wish. Nice communicating with Marjolein. And if you like to experience more in Hurghada than diving, ask here.
We have been for three days with the team on the boat and went to different diving spots- the team is verz professional/ especially explaining my ten years old son all the basics in a very detailed way, and he was very comfortable with these sessions! Great experience with Scuba Hurghada. 2 months before our holiday already easy communication with Marjolein about our plans. My daughter and I planned to follow the 3 days open water dive course. All very good explained by Marjolein. Every day picked up from our hotel and brought to the boat where Sayed and his crew were waiting for us with a big smile. The boat was very nice, clean and not overcrowded. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing. The crew of the boat was very pro active and helped everybody. Great compliment for them. The open water dive course was a great experience. Our instructor Mahmoud was a very experienced diver and easy to communicate with what was very important for my daughter of 12 years. He let her feel comfortable and relaxed to complete the course with an OWD brevet. The dives were great in a beautiful sea and were carried out by professional equipment. Every day we got a great lunch, very tasteful! We want to thank all Scuba Hurghada member,s Marjoleon, Sayed, Mahmoud and Mohammed. It was a very well organised course, in a very relaxing way with professional people. Also a special thanks to Karim (my daughter got a warm hat from him) and all the other crew members who made it all special.
