Excellent Hammam and massage. I have been to many in Egypt but this is in the top 3 for me. Ayten was great at both Hammam and massage, I appreciate it’s the same person doing both. I would suggest you book direct and get there early before it gets busy.
This was a lovely experience. We are very happy that we chose the Sultan Spa. The interior was beautiful and clean. All people were very friendly and attentive. No pestering about tips. Very relaxing and good quality service received. We've had relax in salt cave, jacuzzi (the water could be warmer), hot steam sauna and dry sauna. Then we've had a hammam treatment with coconut scrub which removed the old, dry skin and left it nice and soft. The waiting in resting area was a bit too long and the aircon was set too low for our preferences. Afterwards we've had a professional, relaxation massage. There was no issue with communication as all people that dealt with us, spoke communicative English. We highly recommend all the treatments. We will definitely use this offer again. We left refreshed and relaxed. We really regret we haven't found this place sooner.
Everything was wonderful - service, rooms, cleanlines, peole. Bubble bath could have more bubbles, but it was still nice :). Ladies change room roor could be closed, would be more comfortable, but it did not disturb us, rather other ladies.
So amazing and relaxing. The contact was great. I accidentally booked wrong and it was no problem to correct it for them:) Upon arrival we were offered a free drink and went on with the program. I can highly recommend, it was so refreshing. Eshesh is lovely and sweet, and she gave me the best massage. Don’t forget to bring some cash to tip at the end- they deserve it! 💞

All was perfect with the experience! The only thing that spoiled it was an American tourist that started shouting and being abusive towards our transfer driver because he stopped to get fuel 🙄 ..come on, it's hardly a big deal!
It was the best experiences ever! Miriam was so thoughtful and caring. I had dental Surgery a week before my visit and she took great care of my face! The entire spa experience from Drop off to pick up was amazing! Exceedingly beautiful and what a way to have the ultimate spa experience!!!!
