The place is very nice , the price for per is 30$ es very relaxed and natural, I’m feeling tranquility I loved. The recommended 🏊🏻🌲

This is a nice secluded little area. We arrived first thing in the morning when they opened, check in was simple. The area we were assigned was private. I liked that we had our own area and there was no crowds.. There is a covered picnic area. They should really consider adding bbq pits. It is a beautiful area but I do not think the price is worth it. $30 per person 12 and older and $10 for kids. Thankfully my older kids can still pass for younger ages and I was able to pay the $10 instead of $90 for 3 of us. For 4 kids and 1 adult it was $70. I feel like we could have spent our money else where for swimming and paid a lot less. Other then the price, the area was clean and I said, it was private but the roads leading up to the spots needs to be worked on. Very bumpy and some areas flooded.

First time here was a beautiful place very nice people that helped us.and loved that it has shallow spots for my babies to swim and have fun!!

My daughter, her husband and my two grandsons came for a visit and we went to this Jewel of Texas, The Blue Lagoon located near Huntsville, Texas. What a beautiful spot. We spent the day barbecuing and swimming, and just enjoying the gorgeous scenery. The owners, Phil and Sharla Riggs, are two of the nicest people we have ever met. They keep the place beautifully maintained and clean. Even the portable toilets were pristine. A really special place to bring your family for camping, Scuba or just a great family relaxation getaway. I highly recommend The Blue Lagoon for anyone looking to experience a hidden Texas gem!

Never been. Our spot was on the main beach at site 2. Each site has a shaded picnic table and like a dock to hang out on which was appreciated. But there was so much garbage on the ground and even in the water. It really took away from the experience. Plastic cups, wrappers, bottle caps, and an old holey football. The water was very warm. Might go back again one day but when you spend $30 per adult, you expect some cleanliness.
