Honestly I came here because of the eye-catching reviews I’ve read .The food was good, but the service was ridiculously discriminating . I need to point out something I have noticed there. If you aren’t a tourist that is obviously coming from Europe/Us with white colour and an english/foreign language or foreign accent other than arabic “sadly” they will not treat you welI nor respect you. I was left alone just because I look arab and because they have noticed where I come from, they decided to serve everyone even the people who came after me,until i spoke up in arabic and argued about it. I walked into the cashier after I was tired of waiting, the lady said they thought i was just waiting randomly for the outdoor area to free up a little bit. Just because when I first came in and asked to sit outside & it was fully reserved. But I then sat indoors ,why didn’t anyone come up to me and ask if i needed anything atleast or put the menu on my table??! You can’t just assume I’ll be waiting here forever! And the other tall guy with the lady on cashier was laughing about it and trying to tell me that the menu is “by scan” and that i didn’t see it…but it actually was NOT on my table! And he was making me feel like I came from the caves downgrading me.. scan menu is a very very normal thing around the world it not a big thing,Shameful. They then promised me to wait and that they will come straight away and serve me. I waited for another 15 minutes but nobody showed up( I was already waiting 40 minutes before that indoor). I then noticed a waiter who looked nice and was dark in colour his name starts with S,samih or samir idk. He was very nice in serving me,but I think what made him serve me was that I decided to call him in english and speak to him like a foreigner. (I did not speak arabic at all until I left the restaurant) and i told that waiter that Iam actually an arab, but I’m using this attitude now because it seems like this is the way people here should deal… My english is fluent and I speak arabic fluently, but the response and respect was astonishing after I spoke in english and it made the waiter ask me where I came from,he was really really helpful after that and apologized to me for everything that has happened even though he wasn’t there during that argument. By the way I come from a country neighboring Egypt, this should not be the treatment, its unacceptable and nobody deserves such an attitude. You should assess your staff every now and then and fire anyone who is discriminating/ without manners or is just there to help certain customers for certain benefits. These same tourists that you serve happily pay the same amount that everyone else pays, I came to enjoy my time but I was shocked by the attitude I got. And I will not recommend this place to anyone I know unless you review your staff’s attitude and way. P.S there was no crowd,no rush,no overload,it was midday -lunch time, some waiters were just standing by the side. So no excuses! :)

The view was truly exceptional, offering a beautiful setting for our meal. Overall, the food was satisfactory. Our party of four tried two salads, the shrimp salad and the Caesar ,both of which were delicious. The fries with cheddar and bacon were also enjoyable. However, the Chicken 7000 was not to my taste, and the rib eye was just average. The hostess, on the other hand, was exceptionally helpful and friendly!

Had an unforgettable experience at Rooftop 7000! The pyramids view is absolutely breathtaking — the perfect backdrop for a special evening. The food was delicious, and every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly memorable. Special thanks to Youssef Hassan for his excellent service and warm hospitality — he made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I’d also like to mention, Omar, was absolutely amazing! He was very welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. His attentiveness and warm personality made our dining experience extra special. We truly appreciated how he made us feel valued and well taken care of. Thank you, Youssef and Omar, for your outstanding service — you both made our visit unforgettable! If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, top-notch service, and a stunning view of the Pyramids, Rooftop 7000 is definitely the place to go!

We went to Rooftop 7000 twice during our trip, and honestly, we loved it both times. The place has such a great vibe — cozy, lively, and the pyramid view is just stunning, especially around sunset. It’s one of those spots where you just want to sit back, enjoy the music, and take it all in. A big shoutout to Shehab, who really made our experience special. He was super friendly and helpful, always recommending the best dishes and drinks. Everything he suggested was spot on — delicious and beautifully served. You can tell he genuinely cares that guests have a great time. It’s definitely a place we’d go back to again.

One of the most amazing lunch we ever had. With history and one of the seven wonders of the world coupled with amazing service and food to die for. Lamb chops, Egyptian kebabs, dynamite shrimp and an amazing customer service. Rooftop 7000 is a must visit. No doubt.
