What a fun and tasty tour. Walking the streets and learning about the Danish way of life, while discovering and tasting local pastries, chocolates and ending with coffee. Knowledgeable guide and very professional. Recommended Starting point is a little of of city centre so make sure you have enough time to walk there for the start

We really liked our guide Oskar. He was friendly, and very informed. He responded effortlessly to our needs and received our questions well. We really enjoyed and appreciated his local and incredible historical knowledge. He paced the tour really well. We also enjoyed the local food Oskar chose for us.

Oskar was a great guide - good knowledge of the city, its history and people. He made the selected sites come alive. He has a good sense of humor, answered our questions and engaged with the group.

I have read about the progressive concept of hygge but to see it made this tour special to me. Our guide, Therese exuded hygge from the moment we met her. Her engaging smile and pleasant demeanor put me and my daughter at ease. Therese was expert at introducing and maintaining that sense of togetherness and wellbeing, and creating a happy atmosphere throughout the tour. The information she gave on the history, geography and culture of Copenhagen and Denmark in general, was invaluable. Any question we had was satisfactorily answered and at the end, we felt the important buildings were imbibed with so much meaning. To feel the positive energy everywhere I went was exhilarating, created by people in sidewalk cafes; taking relaxing boat rides on the canals; enjoying the spectacular gardens. The lit candles found in churches and other buildings also added harmony to the ambience. This made the tour extremely memorable and impressive and one I would highly recommend to friends and family.

This was a great and fun tour. I was with Kim Wed hi was an ex-military tank commander who was able to give not only a historical insight into Copenhagen but also the military insights. Saw a lot, enjoyed a lot plus a chance for food sampling. Had great time and it was sad to end. Thanks very much Kim.

Maghnus (spelling)was absolutely a wonderful guide. He was knowledgeable about Copenhagen culture and history. He was kind, helpful, and very professional. I loved the smaller group size. I also loved the tour in general and finished with a better sense of why the people of Denmark are and should be so proud of their country.

It's a must. We were lucky to meet Theresa & have a full day tour of the beautiful København city. Theresa was fun, full of knowledge & was able to answer our questions. We've had tours on 5 continents & today's with Theresa was possibly the best we've ever had. Copenhagen is such a beautiful city and Theresa brought the history of the Kings, Queens, Buildings, Parks, Statues, Food, Architecture, Art, it's waterways and military record alive. We shared some whacky stories about types of food that most tourists would never normally hear. The reason houses and shops were painted in a particular colour was fascinating. We had several lovely local snacks along the way. It was a true pleasure to spend the day with Theresa & her generosity of time & knowledge will never be forgotten.

Our guide Kenneth was fantastic. He brought us to 3 different bars (plus a bonus market to get a "walking beer" because we told him that drinking on the street where we are from is illegal and he felt we needed to have a new experience. We did not protest). All of the bars had their own personality and their own beer vibe. Sitting down with a local and having a conversation over a beer was a great way to actually learn about not only where you are, but the people. Kenneth was a wealth of knowledge about the area and a pretty awesome guy. This tour, and Kenneth in particular, gets 5 stars from me!

Jacob was an excellent guide. We were fortunate to have him all to ourselves so it felt very special. His patience and extensive knowledge when answering our (many, many) questions was above and beyond. We gained an appreciation for the history of Denmark and its people and a deeper understanding of the current day culture and mores of this beautiful country.
