"An eye-opening experience! The Sachsenhausen Tour was incredibly informative and moving. The guide was knowledgeable and respectful, providing deep insights into the history of the camp. It’s a must-visit for anyone interested in learning about Germany’s past."

We took the public transport. .the entry is free, but highly recommend getting the audio guide for self guided tour. It was a rainy day, but it added depth to the ordeal that many people experienced in this dreadful place. Make sure you have great walking shoes and be prepare to walk a lot.

We have all heard about the atrocities during WW11 ,but this place is a real awakening to just how cruel humans can be to other humans. To see the actual showers where people were gassed and the ovens used to incinerate was shocking. To read the stories of both the interred and 'staff' again took my breath away, to think that people willingly experimented and exterminated others. Not ashamed to say I cried

It's definitely a place and tour you need to do while in Berlin. The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Place was super busy, but due to the size, I was still able to see everything and learn about the tragic events, punishment, and killings that went on. Really hits home and makes you think about how monstrous and evil so people on this earth were.
