Came here for the first time because my friend recommended it. And I actually like it. You can see the view of the Russian Market right in front of you. The atmosphere is chill and cozy, and the prices aren’t too overpriced either. I ordered a margarita and a few beers they were good. A bit too strong for me, but that’s okay, I still enjoyed it. I like the vibe. The restroom also smells nice, and I love that. So yeah, it’s an 8/10 from me. I’ll definitely come back again.
I’m not an alcohol drinker, just wanted to try. And I asked the bartender for recommendation for a low in alcohol. He brought the best one 🥹 yum! Hahaha
Good vibe chilled out music , lovely people and decent value for money food , slightly pricey but okay. The entrance is quite shady, passing thru the vegetable n fish market is a bit of a put off and then climbing up 2 floors . Once you reach is certainly a worthwhile effort

The first rooftop bar I visited in Phnom Penh, and I was very impressed by its vibe, drink selection, location, and overall atmosphere. It’s actually in the area of the famous Russian Market, and you can see it from above. I had their burger and thought it was quite good. They also have IPA beers, and the prices are pretty reasonable. The night I went, I spotted many expats and locals gathering, making the vibe even more interesting and lively. Love it!
