Had a great tour with Oskar! His English is excellent and provides commentary in a really fun and informative way. He has traveled the world, so he can provide some unique insights. The visual and whispers of the Andes Mountains were absolutely stunning. It was if these mountains were alive. I didn't even care that it was freezing that day. Enjoyed a fantastic cup of coffee while taking all of this in.

Excellent tour! Paulina is a very knowleadgeable tour guide, she knows many informations and was able to help us with everything. Five star tour guide!

From before the trip to Valparaiso even started Oskar was setting up the group of 31 on Whatsapp to be kept notified of how the pickup was going to be arranged the next morning. When morning arrived, he notified us with a live update of progress on Whatsapp of the pickups and a follow up phone call. Then he would turn up with his Chilean elf hat and good humor. I was the only person on the tour that did not understand Spanish or Portuguese, so Oskar accommodated me extremely well amongst the other two languages by giving an overview of a few sentences in English of the knowledge he was sharing. I didn't feel as though I missed out on much and was at least able to keep in the know also. Unfortunately the weather was not conducive for the tour however Oskar made it as an enjoyable as possible with his Pied Piper mouth organ and elf hat. We were still able to take some beautiful photos before the rain set and properly and take advantage of photo shots when possible. Lunch at The Ode? was amazing. Reasonable pricing and wonderful food. To end the day, Oskar managed our drop-offs efficiently. Credit also goes to the coach driver, my apologies as I can't remember his name, but what excellent driving skills. Overall I highly recommend this trip.

It was an amazing day!

They made me wait for 1 hour outside and they never came to pick me up. Worst agency ever.
