Super fun resort, would defo go back!

La Parva is a decent size ski resort with lots of possibilities for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders with a nice infrastructure of places to eat and drink at key locations along the slopes. However, it only has a few quad chairs, and a lot more single person plate lifts, which makes it kind of annoying for the experienced riders. Consider going the extra 20 minutes to reach Valle Nevado with more chair lifts and gondola for about the same price, unless Valle Nevado is crowded. Then you may want to consider La Parva for a lesser crowd.

Had an amazing day skiing here. We didn’t wait in a single lift line. It was actually pretty nuts. Everyone was really friendly. Rental experience took 10 minutes (fastest ever in my experience). 10/10 views. Great runs. Will be back! Hi from Utah, USA!

What a joke of a ski area, the new owners have no idea what they are doing. Lifts closed or broken down, 50% of the area closed, most runs unpacked, employees who are unprepared and indifferent, bad surface lift line maintenance, minimal snow making, and so on. Report card D. The black on the ski area map attached are the areas and runs which are closed.

I was pleasantly surprised by this resort. It was easy to reach from the city by bus or by car. It's about a 1.5 hour drive. It's possible to hire equipment at the resort but I would recommend arranging this before hand to maximise the amount of time available to en the slopes. The queues are very short and easy. The only problem is 1 hour wait to buy a ski pass. The sales counter is very slow, not due to the amount of people but more because of poor organisation and systems.
