Just went to get a couple bits for my Gym and ended up walking out delighted thanks to Richard. Only was looking at a couple bits and Richard was able to help me pick out a couple extra pieces. He was very knowledgeable , helpful and very kind.He even helped lift the equipment into the van and everything. I’ve been a couple of times to the… I’ve been a couple of times to the showroom and I’ve been welcomed by the amazing, polite and above and beyond staff. I visited yesterday and Ciara I hope I got that name right was exceptional in customer service. The guy who brought out my items on the forklift was super friendly and professional. Have ordered a few things from here, good value. The best thing is the customer service though, one order had an issue and they fixed it immediately. When shopping online it’s great to know that any issues will be ironed out in a friendly and fair manner.
Got a 32kg kettlebell 3 years ago love it went back today got another 32kg and a 36kg kettlebell and a 25kg refurb dumbell amazing deal great to do business with ciara and alex and others would recomend anytime. great service and products bought a 32kb kettlebell lads looked after me even though they were about to close
