Yesterday, November 13 2025, your tour guide Erick took absolutely wonderful care of me throughout the day and Personally assisted me to accomplish the task of crossing the Capilano suspension Bridge. I had a fantastic day at Grouse Mountain with Erick as my guide. I don’t speak English very well and was traveling alone, but Erick made me feel safe and completely at ease. He’s patient, friendly, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese, switching languages whenever I needed help. From the gondola ride to the viewpoints, he explained everything clearly, helped with photos, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable with the pace.
