I’ve stayed at this resort several times before Covid and enjoyed it, but the level of service has declined so much that I won’t be returning. 1. Housekeeping is only provided automatically every 48 hours, with no flexibility for a 24-hour request. I don’t even have children, and my room was already dirty by the next day, even with just a party of 3 adults. I can’t imagine how families with kids are expected to manage. 2. One of the two elevators was broken during our entire stay. On checkout day, it took us 45 minutes just to get all our stuff from the 8th floor to our car because everyone was using the single functioning elevator at the same time. It took us 15 minutes just to catch our first elevator ride... 3. The one 48-hour room service we did receive was extremely poor. The sheets weren't changed, the bed wasn't even properly made, and the "cleaning" was clearly rushed. Trash residue was left in the bin and pieces of garbage were also left behind the bin. 4. Dirty and wet towels were left outside rooms by guests across the hallways, creating an unpleasant and messy atmosphere. Walking down the hallway felt like walking through a laundry chute. This alone suggests something is fundamentally wrong with the resort's cleaning and pickup system. 5. Trash was left outside the main garbage can on our floor for more than two days, untouched by any staff. It was still there when we checked out. 6. There are bugs collected inside lamps, which was not only unappealing, but suggested a lack of thorough cleaning. 7. Our closet door with the mirror was broken upon arrival, hanging off and unable to close. We had to request maintenance immediately after seeing the room. 8. The pool temperatures are extremely disappointing. The water becomes noticeably cold after sitting in it for 15–20 minutes. Both my mom and I were cold after being in the "adult" pool past this point. The “kids” pool is even colder, which doesn’t make any sense for a family-friendly area. Overall, the property feels neglected, under-maintained, and short-staffed. The decline in cleanliness and service was very noticeable, and unfortunately, we would not return based on this experience.

I was super disappointed by the experience at Harrison Hotsprings, especially because this has been a bucket list stay for me for a long time! The rooms are okay. Bed was comfortable, showers strong, but we didn't get robes in our room and had to go as for them at the front desk. Can't say I've ever stayed at a hot springs that didn't offer robes in the room. The hot springs are absolutely beautiful, however the adult pool was essentially party City. It was loud, people screaming and cheering, crowded, and just a bunch of people getting drunk. Now I'm not against having fun and letting loose, but this was over the top! I found being in the family pool with the children more relaxing and calm that the adults only pool. They there was dinner at the Copper Room. Dinner it's self was delicious! Band was awesome! Now the 2.25 hour wait from start to finish, drinks being left empty, wrong drinks being served, and lack of server presence. Totally wrecked the experience. Overall I would say that the cost to stay at Harrison's Hot springs does not match the experience you get. Same goes for the Copper Room, for over meal over $200 I expect a higher quality of service.

We’ve been coming to this resort twice a year for the last 20 years!! The hot spring pools are awesome and so relaxing. We only stayed at the East Tower where the rooms have been upgraded and comfortable with the view of the lake. It is also hotel staff like Kelly at the front desk that kept us going back! Her customer service is top notch, incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. So much so we decided to make another reservation for January 2026 with her!! Definitely recommend this place!

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews, or maybe the reviews helped set my expectation. So I wasn't as surprised walking down the hallways that looked old and had a smell. Thankfully our room didn't reflect that and it was lovely with a great view of the lake. The hot pools were great and I love that they had so many to choose from with an indoor option. I think the pools are better kept than the building but the building is really old so I'm not too sure they can do much to update it without starting from scratch. I went because of work but I would go again on my own.

Great for hot mineral soak. They are generous in keeping the hot springs pool open late for adults. I wish thy had a larger pool for adults with the highest temperature. It’s pretty small in comparison to the other outdoor pools. The stem room adjoining to the indoor pool with the highest temp is worth it. It can get pretty crowded though. Just have to figure out the best time to beat the crowds. Some people bring their kids to adults only pool and unfortunately it’s not called out or monitored. Overall, very good place for soaking. Hotel and restaurant are OK, not that great. But the house keeping staff is good. Front desk has some non Canadian foreigners who could get better training in customer service.
