I had the Alpine Escape Ritual massage and facial with Jennifer at Whistler Day Spa, and it was incredible! This was my first facial, and Jennifer made me feel so comfortable right away. She took the time to explain everything before starting and paid attention to every detail. Even noticing my dry feet and taking extra care to hydrate them. Her massage was pure magic, relaxing, the perfect pressure, and it felt like she knew exactly where all my tension was and just melted it away. The facial was just as amazing. She explained each step and what it would do for my skin, and the lymphatic part felt gentle and soothing. I asked for hydration and glow, and she absolutely delivered! My face felt refreshed and looked radiant afterward like my skin had a big glass of water. Even my husband noticed! Jennifer is truly gifted, kind, and professional. If you’re visiting Whistler Day Spa at the Pan Pacific, I can’t recommend her enough. I wish I could see her every month!
My husband and I booked a massage with Catalina and Marina for our anniversary trip. They were amazing! They were really attentive and provided a 5 star spa experience. We will definitely come back on our next trip and book with them again!
Catalina was delightful and a very experienced masseuse. She was professional and offered a well paced session and she was attentive to my needs and adjusted pressure when necessary to provide a rejuvenating and relaxing experience (just as an RMT would). I am a 56 year old female who has had a hip replacement and has an autoimmune condition. I highly recommend Catalina.
I had an amazing massage with Catalina! My wife also had a massage with Er Hsuan. I was told she was very relaxing, engaging, and made sure to get the firmness right for her. Catalina was pleasant as well and made sure not to miss any problem areas I was having. As she progressed the massage she was finding other areas that needed work and she spent time on them. Good personalities, very professional. We would come back again for sure!
I had such a wonderful experience with Er Hsuan! She took the time to really listen to the areas I wanted to focus on, and worked through them with so much care and intention. She also let me test out different scents before we started, which made the experience even more personalized and relaxing. Her energy was so kind and comforting throughout.
